• To provide, operate, and improve our services and the AccuFlow platform.

3. WhatsApp & communications

We communicate with you and, at your instruction, with your customers over WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Business API and email. Messages are sent in line with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your own contacts.

We use trusted third parties to run our services. They only receive the data needed for their function:

• Payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay): to process payments securely.
• WhatsApp Business API provider & Meta: to send/receive WhatsApp messages and ad leads.
