Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website adaccurate.in, the AccuFlow platform, and the services provided by Adaccurate Digital Service ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital advertising and marketing services and the AccuFlow software — a WhatsApp-native business platform for leads, sales, invoicing, payments, subscriptions, and related features. Specific services and deliverables are as agreed with you.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the phone numbers and contacts you add.
3. Fees & payment
- A one-time setup fee of ₹5,000 (including WhatsApp Business API setup) applies to new AccuFlow accounts, unless otherwise agreed.
- Ongoing use is billed on a monthly plan as per the plan you choose.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless stated. Payments are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send spam or unlawful messages, to violate WhatsApp/Meta or Google policies, to infringe others' rights, or to break any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put our platform or WhatsApp access at risk.
5. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the data and content you add to AccuFlow. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having consent to contact your customers.
6. Intellectual property
The AccuFlow software, website, and branding are owned by Adaccurate Digital Service. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the software without our written permission.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and third-party services (such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, or ad platforms) are outside our control.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
